Girl Scout Cookies......

My very favorite Girl Scout Cookies are the Scot Teas. They were perfect(IMO). Light, crisp little sugar cookies. Perfect for dipping in milk or having with coffee or tea. Sadly, they were discontinued several years ago, but I still hope that they will be brought back on year!

My very least favorite GS cookie are the Thin Mints... I know, I know, blasphemy! But, I have a good reason. One night when I was in the third grade, I ate a TON of them with a BIG glass of milk. In the middle of the night, I got so sick...and no, I didn't make it to the bathroom. My poor mom!

Birthday Memories....

Probably the funniest birthday memory is that of my 7th birthday. I had a pretty good day and was looking forwards to having ice cream, candles and cake! It was after dinner and the sun was starting to go down. In walked my dad carrying the cake with candles all aglow. Everyone started singing when he came in. Then he got to the table where I was waiting and he set the cake in front of me. I looked at the cake and something was wrong.... it took me awhile, but then realized that my dad had made a mudcake!!! I was in tears at the time, but looking back, it was a pretty funny memory!
